Application:

Stir paint thoroughly. If thinning is required use water sparingly (maximum 1 pint/gallon). The surface should be clean and  properly prepared as described above. Do not apply to a hot surface or if temperatures are to fall below 60 degree F, or when rain is expected whithin 24 hours. Time your work so that you can stop painting by at least 4 hours before nightfall. Avoid painting is direct sunlight. Apply paint generously with a good quality brush or roller. Two coats may be required on a textured or porous surface or where there is a radical color change.
