Our Mocha Java blend is a blend of whole bean coffees from Yemen (Moka) and Java (Indonesia). It's an ode to the "original", oldest (and most widely produced) medium roast coffee blend, Moka Java, as well as the rise of coffee capitalism and the “very fine Java & Mocha” blend made famous by Hills Bros coffee company in the early 1900s. This coffee is naturally caffeinated and shelf stable.
