It is a growth promoting substrate for cultures of many varieties, including the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), muscle, embryonic stem (ES) cells, and F9 teratocarcinoma cells. With the increased need to multiplex, many high-content screeners have difficulty maintaining cell retention after several labeling and washing steps. These Corning BioCoat and Corning PureCoat surfaces greatly improve cell adherence when cells are subjected to many screening practices. A clear and flat-bottom of Falcon tissue culture-treated imaging plates provide a uniform growing surface. Corning assay plates include Corning BioCoat and Corning PureCoat surface.
