This cylinder finishing bundle contains a 4-1/8" (105mm) 240 grit Flex-Hone tool and a complementary 7/8" (22.2mm) 240 grit Flex-Hone tool. The larger 4-1/8" Flex-Hone is designed for deburring and finishing bores between 3.751"-4.125" while the smaller 7/8" Flex-Hone handles bores from 0.788"-0.875". Both made in the USA Flex-Hone tools utilize an abrasive silicon carbide bead brush construction to deliver consistent, quality results across mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other soft ferrous materials. The flexible design ensures the tools self-center and self-align during operation. Offering crosshatch finishing and simultaneous deburring, these grit 240 Flex-Hones typically achieve surface finishes from 24 - 32 Microinch (0.6 - 0.8 Micrometer). With the ability to fit power drills, drill presses, CNC spindles, and more, this cylinder and bore finishing bundle provides solutions for a wide range of applications including hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, engine cylinders, brake cylinders, valve guides, pumps, air compressors, and beyond.
